Yohji Yamamoto Fall 2011 Womenswear: Paris Fashion Week
Yohji Yamamoto Autumn/Winter 2011/12 Fashion Show presented during Paris Fashion Week was chic and unique. Most prominent Fall 2011 trends flaunted on runway were knits, prints, fish nets and crazy colored Hair.
Yohji Yamamoto Fall 2011 Fashion Show opened with models stepping on runway sporting high cotton candy hair and punk clothing. Yamamoto’s signature seventies influence was prominent in dark collection, combat boots and leather jackets.
Adding color flash to show were some red looks that were chic. Most of the looks featured fish netting, kaleidoscopic prints and wire hoop skirts.
Looks like fragile, webby knits, photo-printed black mesh with negative images of flowers, cut into gauzy layers were rocking.
Most attention grabbing looks from Yohji Yamamoto Fall 2011 Collection were models donning hoop skirts, either half-covered or with their cage structure fully revealed with colorful hairdos.
